According to Accreditation Canada’s decision letter issued on April 20, 2023, Hong Fook Mental Health Association is Accredited with Exemplary Standing under the Qmentum accreditation program.
As the surveyor team shared in the Accreditation Report, “Hong Fook has continued to demonstrate its commitment to quality and safety since completing the Primer survey in 2021. In this, its first full Qmentum on-site survey, Hong Fook’s leadership, Board members, staff, community partners, volunteers, peer supporters, and clients and families have all attested to the fact the organization is well established in its quality improvement journey.”
