In partnership with Sing Tao A1 Radio, our 2024 Hong Fook Radiothon was hosted from March 1-7. A special thank you goes out to the nearly 300 donors who joined us in the fundraising week, and one of our long-term donors, whose generous act of doubling matched all donations, resulting in over $100,000 raised!
Although COVID-19 is no longer classified as a global health emergency, the importance and urgency of prioritizing our mental health remain. As a fully accredited charitable organization with Exemplary Standing and the recipient of the Advancing Minority Mental Health Award from the American Psychiatric Association Foundation, Hong Fook has been addressing the mental health crisis by offering evidence-based, culturally competent care. It goes beyond language; it involves establishing a deeper cultural connection that allows a person to be fully seen and understood.
Every year, Hong Fook anticipates serving 4,000 individuals over a total of 35,000 visits through our service spectrum from “promoting wellness” to “managing illness”. Your contribution brings the direct caring support to everyone in our community.
