Whether you run, walk, or cheer on from the sidelines, you’ll be helping raise awareness and support for mental health in Asian communities.<\/p>\n When you join, you’re not just entering a race – you’re joining a growing community that believes in care shaped by culture, language, and community. You’ll be alongside staff, clients, family members, volunteers, alumni, and youth, all moving together to break the silence around mental health in our communities.<\/p>\n Last year, over 40 people joined our team. Together, we surpassed our fundraising goal of $35,000, ranking us within the top 10 fundraising teams overall.<\/p>\n This year, we’re aiming even higher – more runners, more impact, and more support for our programs.<\/p>\n So we invite you to take part. Whether it’s through running or fundraising<\/a>, donating to our team<\/a>, or cheering us on – we thank you for being part of our family.<\/p>\n You can also help support and encourage our Youth Team<\/a> as they step up for causes like this.
